Olympic lessons in leadership


With the Olympics having started (competition's begun, even though the Opening Ceremony is later today), there are leadership lessons everywhere.

You can see them on the field, court, pitch, or other playing environment, and off in interviews and press conferences.

Whether you're an independent personal trainer or working in a gym as a trainer or manager, you can apply these lessons yourself or with clients, peers, and staff to improve things like:
